I tracked down the original installer and they have tried to adjust it a couple times, but it has never been quite RIGHT. Two weeks ago on a Friday the door simply would not operate. I called the original installer and they could not send someone until Tuesday so I started to call around and met Matt from Island door. In one visit Matt had the door adjusted better than the original installer had in three visits. I liked Matt so much I had him come back to replace the motor with a size that was adequate for the door. Matt showed up on time and did an exceptionally professional job at a fair price.
